Brûlé is a culinary pop up presented by Clear Lake Country, bringing together chefs who are quietly shaping the region’s emerging food culture.
Happening March 27 and 28.
Set in Wasagaming, Riding Mountain National Park, Brûlé is a gathering at the edge of winter; when the days begin to lengthen but the snow still rests deep amongst the trees.
In forestry, a brûlé is land after a burn, a place fire has passed through. The ash returns to the soil, the ground changes, and in time, something new begins.
